1. Monthly Payments

Membership payments are collected monthly through our secure payment provider.

Your membership will automatically renew each month unless cancelled.

You are responsible for ensuring your payment details remain up to date.

If a payment fails, your membership may be paused until payment has been received.

2. Using Your Membership

Membership includes unlimited standard play sessions at The Snug during our normal opening hours.

Sessions may be subject to availability and must be booked through our usual booking system.

Members must select the relevant membership booking option when booking online.

Membership does not guarantee entry if a session is fully booked.

3. Membership Cards

Each member will receive a membership card.

Membership cards must be collected from The Snug during your next visit.

Membership cards are linked to the registered child/children and may only be used by the named members.

Membership cards cannot be transferred or shared.

4. Parent / Guardian

Each membership will include entry for one adult. Any additional adults will need to purchase a ‘additional adult’ ticket when booking a play session.

5. Café Discount

Members receive 10% off café purchases.

The café discount applies to eligible purchases only and cannot be used alongside other offers unless stated.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time.

To cancel, please contact The Snug or cancel your subscription through your payment provider.

Your membership will remain active until the end of your paid billing period.

No refunds will be provided for unused time within a billing period.

7. Changes to Memberships

The Snug reserves the right to update membership prices, benefits, or these terms and conditions.

We will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes.

8. Behaviour and Safety

All visitors must follow The Snug’s rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or cancel memberships where behaviour is unsafe, inappropriate, or impacts the wellbeing of other visitors or staff.
